Mr Grégoire MBONANKIRA is a Lecturer in the Department of Modern Languages, University of Rwanda, College of Arts and Social Sciences. He has been teaching English language and Linguistics since 1998. He obtained his Masters in Linguistics in 2015 from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is currently pursuing studies in PhD program at the University of Rwanda in its program named In- House PhD training. The topic under investigation is “The post 1994 Language contact situation in Rwanda and its effects on Language Policy, Attitudes and Proficiency”. He is also about to graduate in MBA: Project Management at the Institute of Lay Adventists of Kigali.
